"I went out to look for my son who came home at around 10pm to go jog up the rd. we live on a hill over looking the chemung valley and city of elmira. i turned to look out over the valley (clear night with bright moon light) and there a hundred feet out or so was a round dick shape ufo with orange and red lights going around on top of the metal disk. this was the size of a small car. i keep watching and yelling for my son to hurty back. this lasted for about 10 minutes and then just started moving and in a blink of an eye it was gone."
