Witness Testimony

"Its 3 light the first time i saw it the lights followed me and when i got out of my car it touch me with a type of sound and when i touch my coat it was like a cat needing my hand when i push back it would also. it has happened more then once in fact their is now a routing and it is a strange on going event. my friends, family, and neighbors see it when its around and their are others i found that it is doing the same thing to. their is more to it but anyone else that is experiencing it knows what i am talking about. i can initiate the communication by moving my hand and it pulses back. i was looking on the internet to see if anyone else was having the same thing happening and i found 2 and i know its happening to them from one word they said that it is doing. it's hard to explain but its like it locks on to your every movement the date i put down i did that because i live near a air port and a helicopter went by them "
