"At approximately 6:20pm pst i observed a light coming from the driection 240 degrees (relative to my position) as it moved to directly overhead, the light dimmed and faded. then i noticed another coming on the same trajectory, then another following, then another. total of 16 objects observed. they were spaced about 8 to 10 seconds apart. almost all following the same pattern. but, the 4th light, as i followed it with binoculars, did a gradule left turn from a trajectory of 240 degrees to a new heading of 190 degrees (that is a 410 degree turn) then proceded along that heading to myu visual horizon. also, one of the later ones in the "que" did the same. the final one i viewed was at about 6:35pm pst."
