Witness Testimony

"I was in my hot tub when i noticed a bright light on the horizon. i thought it was a helicopter going along i-5 which i seen before. it wasn't moving fast enough for a helicopter and i realized it wasn't over the freeway it was over a electrical sub station on a road much closer to me. it wasn't moving very fast i would guess 15-20 mph. it was headed north then all of a sudden it started moving in my direction easterly. i couldn't tell the shape or size of the craft it was a moonless night and the only thing i could see was a bright white light in the front of the craft. when it was coming towards me about 400 ft. from me in an open grass field it shined a light to the ground for about 2 sec. it wasn't very high off the ground i would say about 20 to 30 feet up. it was coming straight at me. all i could see was just the bright light in front, i did not see any strobe lights anywhere on the craft. when it got close to me i could see a lighted rectangle on the bottom.I would guess it to be 20-30 by 10-15 ft. it was all lighted white except for 3 oval lights one orange one blue and one green. there was a black small circle between the orange and the blue lights. i would estimate the diameter of the colored lights was 4- 5 ft. t flew directly over the top of me, the orange light looked like it was rotating. i didn't hear any sound but i had the jets on in the hot tub. the lights i believe were recessed into the craft because i didn't see the lights until it was almost over the top of me and when it flew away i couldn't see anything no lights , outline, nothing. the direction it was going there is a natural gas substation about 1/4 mile. i don't know if it was checking out our resources or just checking out the country side but it was both amazing and scary. i know it has been a while since i saw it , but it has been bothering me since."
