"It stayed in one area, moving south, back north, back south again. at first i thought it was a plane, then it abruptly changed direction back to where i first saw it. it continued 'bouncing' movements back and forth, very high up (over 1000'). no helicopter sounds, and helicopters can't move that fast from how high up this was."
