Witness Testimony

"I was walking my dog when i saw a light in the corner of my sight and i said to a person who is staying unidentifed next to me to look up. just to double check i wasnt seeing thing she looked up and saw what i was seeing thats when 3 more came into focus and hovered in a triangular formation for about 3 to 4 minutes and dissapeared thats when they came back and thats when i started to record the event taking place. at the start i thought it was chinese lantens but realised its not because chinese lanterns move with the wind and keep on rising but these objects did not carry on moving they stopped and just stayed for about 5 mins. after about 6 mins of watching the lights they flickered and got brighter and brighter and then they flickered off like a broken light would. the way the objects moved was like a smooth clean pace as they came into view and when they stopped it was as if they communicated with each other and joined into a triangle shape."
