Witness Testimony

"Just after 10pm last night I looked up into sky as I was standing at the back door and I noticed a green blinking light that I assumed was a aeroplane did not think too much until I looked up again as I went to put something in the bin only seconds after initially seeing it to notice it was in the exact same place then realising that a plane would be moving aswell as to my knowledge a red light and this light was very bright and clear no haze at all was like a very clear bright green dot. I then for a split second thought a star then again its very close and why green. ( all these thoughts are maybe in a 10 plus second window) it then made what I can only describe as a bouncing motion once then again it quite clearly done that movement followed by moving up and down very straight and smoothly a few times like on a line nothing erratic but a very smooth and controlled up and down motion it then looked to maybe rotate or move around a little bit over a very short distance hence why I think it rotated and looked to have either a light on the other side or it was covering another object that came ever so slightly out of its shadow then it went off very smoothly to my right as I was looking and disappeared as I was obscured by houses as I was in a very confined housing space. There was no noise not a sound no drone motor sounds or anything and the light was so clear it was showing through the night sky perfectly visible not obscured by clouds or anything and left no trail behind it was a perfect dot shape as it moved"
