Witness Testimony

"Bright multicolored object with flashing red, blue, green and white lights, stationary in skyAt about 5:30 AM a bright multi colored object was observed bearing due South about 15 degrees above the horizon. The position remained constant in relation to two chanel markers with flashing beacon lights. The object maintained a constant position for about two hours until the ambient light from the sunrise made it invisible. The object appeared to swerve and dip from time to time. The object was multi colored, blue, red, green and white lights were continuous and clearly visible with binochulars, the lights continuously flashed. The object remained in color and size throughout the time viewed. It was the last visible object in the sky before the light form the sunrise made it indisinquishable.
