OBJECT DID NOT MOVE, CAME IN RETRIEVED BINOCULARS, LOOKED AGAIN, SAME THING, RETRIEVED HUSBAND, HE WITNESSED THE LIGHTS AS WELL, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH EAST SKY.
