Witness Testimony

"Report received via phone call to MUFON Oregon State Director: Witness states he was looking a the moon through a telescope (reflector type approx. 8 inch diameter; brand name "Orbiter 2600"; magnification unknown) when he saw a black dot move from the edge of the full moon across the face of the moon. The dot executed some maneuvers, then disappeared into a crater. Witness was unable to identify the specific crater. Witness also stated that his son saw a cigar shape cross the moon's face on the subsequent night (Sunday March 20, 2011). "
