Witness Testimony

"I was in the field directly accross from [address removed/cms/tg], next to Route 34. I was walking home from [name deleted cms/tg] house adjacent to the field. While walking toward the house I noticed it got very bright and there was a super bright yellow/white light over our house. It was more oblong than disk but not very high (maybe as tall as the single story home). There is no definite shape. I can still see it in my mind. I stopped and just stared at it for an unknown period of time. I think I stood there for a few seconds but I believe it was much longer. I remember running into the house to get a camera and when I came out it was gone.In 1977 while in art class we had an assignment to draw a portrait. I drew a face with thin cheeks and larger eyes with a ridge of some type going down from the forehead to where the bridge of a nose would be. There was no nose. When [name removed/cms/tg] (art teacher) saw it he took it and said no very loud and he was angry. Mr. [name removed/cms/tg] also lived a few blocks from me on Mable Street.All my life this has bothered me and of course, I don't really tell anyone because I don't want them to think I'm nuts but I saw something and it wasn't normal; it was not the sun; it was not a plane. I don't know what it was. When I first saw the object I was a little frightened or maybe surprised and then later excited as I went for the camera and finally disappointed when it was gone. I felt sad it was gone. Sad as if my best friend moved or something.As an adult, looking back, I feel I lost time but i have no other memory of the event. I've looked on the internet to see if anyone else saw this but I have not been successful."
