Witness Testimony

"This is a object on the ground in daylight hours.It was on a fenceline i did not see it but it was told to us by a neighbor.He was working a feild when he seen the balloon type object near our and his fenceline. He told us that he thaught some kids wear playing nearby so he drove up closer.AS he got out to look at the balloon it increased in size to about the size of a car. The hair on his arms raised up. the object shot up trailinga rainbow hard to explain you would have to talk to him he is in his 80s. He said he toched the area were it was and his hand is to this day still numb.He is scared he wasnt at first but i think he wants to talk to someone."
