Witness Testimony

"I just picked up the kids from daycare it was just about 5:00 PM. I was headed south. I just approached the intersection of HH and R. when i seen i very bright light. (bright like extremely large flare or welding brightness) a couple of miles away (approx)and high in the sky it seemed to move slowly east only for a couple of seconds and as it faded another one appeared directly east of it moving in the same direction for a few seconds and as it quickly faded another one appeared in the same fashion and disapeared the same way while moving. then there was one more in the exact same fashion. I looked and seen no aircrafts or anything. At first I was trying to figure out how a flare could do that, and wow what a huge flair. about a minute later i approached the porter road intersection and seen another appearance lower in the sky and a slightly bit more east. this time it was the same thing four separate lights one at a time but instead of the next showing just after the previous faded out, the predisessor lights began to luminate before the other was done fading out. but this motion was a clockwise 12 to 6 motion completing a half circle. Now i was really puzzled. i continued driving south and about a minute later I got to see them again. this time they were even lower. This time they were not as bright and did not stay on as long. and they did not move. All four turned on and off twice. unlike the previous times they did not seem to fade on and off the seemed to be turned on and off. there was three in about a 15 degree angle in a row and the fourth one was just east and at the same level as the middle one of the three in the line. the first time they turned on opposite of eachother (single vs. group of 3) then the second time it seemed they all went on and off at the same time. I cannot identify what in the world could have put on such a light show. I have 20/20 visoion and when the lights were not on there was nothing in the sky no object no smoke or anything. the sun was just over the horizon but very light out still. I almost got my phone out but I was just so focused on trying to figure out what was happening. I know how details fade in time so I wanted to report this before i forgot all of the interesting configurations."
