Witness Testimony

"I was walking along State Street, just past Willow Lane. I looked up to see the constellation Orion and noticed something that looked like it was trying to camouflage itself against the night sky, but you can still tell that there was something there. I was puzzled when I saw it because, at first, it appeared to resemble a triangle-like object, but as the object headed northeastern, it seemed to change shape, and appeared to flap, like a bird. I looked away from the object for just one second, but, when I tried to see the object again, it disappeared from my view. Shortly afterward, I heard the sound of a helicopter. At first, I thought it was a bird, because of its flapping, but I realized it was moving too slow to be a low-flying bird, and the object was bigger than most birds."
