Witness Testimony

"At approximately 1:18am on November 30, 2014, from my balcony halfway up the mountain in Puerto Vallarta, I observed a very, very slow moving boomerang shaped object with square lights/windows symmetrically placed on the inside edge that were white and evenly/equally spaced. I had been looking straight up into the very clear heavens at constellations when this slow moving object above the ocean caught my eye. Totally black, I saw no lights under it or at tips end, only the row of lights from the far side of the inside edge of the maul shaped boomerang image. After I realized this was something to photograph, I went for the cellphone that was inside on charge. When I returned to the balcony, it began to turn its closest edge/tip to the west and the view went totally black. There seemed to be a very, very low roar/groan of a sound/feeling as it was in my field of view about 1/2 to 3/4 a mile out. This object was flying counterintuitively in that the maul inside edge was the direction it flew in, not point/curve forward. THAT was the distinguishing feature that made me know I had seen something odd. "
