"bright strobe light ufo seen over bay in puerto vallarta, mexicobright strobe lights flashing over the bay, just hovering. then it moved to the right and hovered again, when the whitish strobe lights turned red and stopped flashing. it rose into the sky like an elevator and then turned white and strobe lights again. it then zoomed off north towards the mountains(where we have seen several other occurences but not as detailed as this one) and it zoomed higher into the sky. it then was shaking around and was making figure 8s and other movements, like a crazy bug. it stayed in the same place but kept getting smaller and we got bored so we went inside the house.((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the incident is approximate.
