"My wife & I were sitting on our deck at 9:30 pm awaiting the nightly thunder / lightening show when we noticed a bright red light over the ocean. It wa stationary & not blinking. Suddenly it streaked south (towards Malecon) at an unbelievable speed, out of sight within 7 - 8 seconds. A drone? Unlikely as it was moving out over the water, away from land. We both saw the same thing but were dumbstruck, unable to get our phones out to video."
