"Orange light in sky, silent, moving slowly.Orange light, slow moving, no sound, got brighter and dimmer. Many witnesses walking down the boardwalk & commenting. Object floated around, moving very little, a few miles offshore, medium altitude, changing intensity.** Note, I saw this same orange object flying over North Spokane, Washington back around March of 2011. "
