Witness Testimony

"Was watching a plain traveling eat to wast I'd was a c 130 as it passed over head I saw at light dec. From the sky at first site it came from more than 800 thousand feet.to about 30 thousands. The moved slowly ne in travle about 20 miles then just vanished. It was the brightest light I have seen in years. And the bright s light in the sky. At first I thought it was a satellite but they don't drop altitude and I have seen lots of them and the time was wrong for one to fly over. I know it was not a plain there was no sound at all. It was about 5 to 10 miles from me to the south.the closest it came was about 3 miles.it did not blink flash just a vary bright light. Then it just vanished. Never seen a light like it and to come out of the sky from that altitude. Was strang. And that's it.I was on the phone and forgot to take pictures sorry."
