Witness Testimony

"Filming the wierd geometrical shapes of the clouds as usual .noticing more images and shapes as I have filmed .was not expecting a circular rainbow. So intensely bright it appeared out of the blue and it was so bright I noticed speechless because the burnt orange background of the rainbow and intense brightness I was shocked .called for my spouse and son who witness it as it faded away but the pixalation of the photos lead to a structure with in it .it was no typical rainbow was not raining. I have video and images simply amazing .no arch it was circular like a hoop"
