Witness Testimony

"This is a report of a black helicopter, not a UFO.1. I was leaving McMinnville, Oregon after having lunch at McMenamin's on May 13, 2016. Time was about 3 p.m. I took a wrong turn trying to find access to Hwy 5, but eventually found my way back to Hwy 18 entrance where it joins Stratus Ave. Once on Hwy 18 about 1 mile past Stratus Avenue I saw the object.2. The object was just east of me and flying very close--maybe about 50 feet above me. I heard the rotor blade noise. The object was completely black with black-tinted windows against a bright blue sky. 3. I recognized the object as one of those mysterious black helicopters of the kind that speakers at the UFO festival mentioned. I had thought it would be like in movies, but it was not. 4. It was a small helicopter with an almost spherical glass cabin. Vision was clear, a sunny day. The helicopter was close enough for me to see that there were no markings or identifiers on it at all. It looked like a Sloane (per image search). The black helicopter flew from east to west across Hwy 18 in a straight path. Flight was not fast. In my plane of vision, it was about 75 degrees from south horizon (15 degrees from directly over me). 5. I laughed when I saw it. I understood what speakers talked about. Also, as I was just leaving a UFO Festival, the timing of seeing a black helicopter was interesting. Maybe men in black did attend the festival. 6. It flew west. I drove south. "
