Witness Testimony

"On the night of August 19th 2016 around 1am I got up to take my german shepherd outside to go potty. Once I was outside and realized how clear of a night it was and with the full moon I decided to sit on my back deck to clear my mind by meditating toward the stars and the moon. After about 45min to 1 hour of gazing into the stars a reddish orange mist appears above me out of thin air and began to move quite quickly toward the moons location in the sky. As the still pulsating/flashing, orange and red mist approached my line of sight to the moon the mist immediately swirled into a circle with the moon perfectly filling the center. Then the really interesting thing happened not that I was not already in awe to begin with. Detailed faces started appearing in the center of the circular mist which was still surrounding the exact diameter of the moon. I believe there was about three to four decipherable faces. One other detail I left out by mistake is that shortly after my first sighting of the mist my dog started freaking out crying and barking. I got most of the event on video on my iPhone. "
