Witness Testimony

"Late Spril 1995 possibly 1994. Approximately 1AM while wait he for a lake smelt run at the mouth of Metallik Brook. 20-25 people present. While standing with a group of friends with out smelt nets while for the smelts to "run" up the brook. To occupy our time we began to search the crystal clear moonless star drenched night ski. We spotted what a friend indicated to be satellites as minuscule star like dots moving in a start line. We also spotted high altitude planes crisscrossing the night ski on different flight paths and altitudes. We had an approximate 40 mile view of at least 180 degrees to the west. Suddenly we noted 3 evenly spaced dots at high altitude rapidly approaching from the west. These oval shaped translucent white dots looks as if they were spot lights bouncing of a cloud. It took approx 7-10 seconds to get directly overhead. At this point the lights separated with the outside lights breaking at a perfect 90 degree one to the north, one to the south with the Middle dot proceeding straight on to the east. This happened at an incredible rate of speed. We were approximately 20 miles straight from the nearest town and 45-50 miles from the nearest city. Several others witnessed also."
