"FILLED OUT AT MUFON HQ WITH WITNESS ON THE PHONE, BY FIELD INVESTIGATOR L. FLECHTNER, ON JANUARY 26, 2016===========================================================================FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW I HAVE SEEN THREE LIGHTS IN A TRIANGLE FORMATION IN THE SKY. THE TWO DOTS ON TOP AND ONE ON THE BOTTOM. THEY MOVE VERY SLOWLY ACROSS THE SKY. i WATCH THEM FROM 8:30 TO 10 PM WHEN I GO TO BED. SOMETIMES THEY ARE A DULLISH YELLOW, SOMETIMES BLUE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW."
