" A single light with a slight halo moving across the sky like a satellite that continuously changed its speed.Witnessed what at first appeared to be a satellite moving across the sky but it was brighter than a satellite and had a very slight light halo around it. The light moved along a trajectory of roughly west to east and most notable was that it appeared to continuously slow almost to a stop, then thrust forward a short distance.
