Witness Testimony

"My wife and I spotted three stationary lights in the sky. Orange colored and not blinking. Very clear early evening sky. We then saw one light vanish and another. Then back on, and off again. Then the remaining light began to move slowly and this is hard to describe, but it sort of got ahead of itself as it moved. In other words if you watched the light move and gauged it's speed, it would turn off for a second and then be further along the sky then projected by it's speed when it turned back on. It did that about ten times and appeared to turn towards us and then finalyl it disappeared. We waited for a few minutes but the lights were gone. "
