Witness Testimony

"Black triangle over boxford, west berkshire (uk). travelling west to east approx 30-40 mph, parallel to m4 on 13th feb 2018 at 9:35pm. weather cold (3 degrees c), with clear skies, constellations clearly visible, moon just a tiny sliver, maybe 8% lit, very dark night. altitude - approx 2-3000 ft (1km) silent. size - approx 35-50 metres tip to tail (medium sized airliner length) the two leading edges looked longer than the rear edge (60-40%) the rear edge appeared to be a light strip looking a bit like a classic sci-fi light drive. a bit like football stadium lights but not as bright, a yellow/white colour. flashing red and white lights at the tips. (white may have been constant, red was flashing) no lights underneath. body appeared to be satin/matt black. observed from approx 30 degree angle at distance of approx 1 mile, south of my position. (triangle flying approx 2 miles south of m4) observed for approx 3 mins before being obscured by houses and trees. dog was disturbed, and jumped around three or four times and made a squeaky disturbed dog noise. she's never done this before when i've taken her out."
