Witness Testimony

"Sitting in my garage door opening with my brother. in the evening. saw them come over my roof towards us like some fireflies or something. thought they might be lightening bugs at first. they flew in perfect formation just to the right of me as i was facing north. but they were constantly lighted and not flashing. they came over the roof of my house and dipped lower after that. once i stood up and paced about 3-4 steps forward, they started circling about 20 ft away from me between my tulip tree and the garage where we (my brother and i) were both sitting. he saw me jump up out of my lawn chair to see what i was looking at. he saw them as well but as long as i saw them. they circled about 5-10 seconds there then flew in single file formation away towards the sw corner of my property and were gone. i first thought they might be lightening bugs but soon i realized in a few seconds that i never saw any thing like that on tv or in all my life. i never saw any fireflies do that. they mostly just light up when moving vertically. they eventually flew off towards the sw corner of my property in perfect formation just like they arrived over my roof. they were always equally spaced and always at the same speed. they appeared to be marble sized and glowing softly in a dim yellowish color. i watched them for the entire duration while they were in my yard. they always seemed perfectly spaced the whole time and at the same speed.
