Witness Testimony

"I saw a tiny star sized light blinking. At first, I assumed this was an aircraft as it was a clear night. After a few seconds, I realised it was not; it was blinking around in an area of the night sky. It was changing colours and what looked like sparks and beams were coming off it. I watched it upstairs in my home and it appeared in a south easterly direction of the sky. It was very small to the eye and hard to focus on but it was certainly not a star or a plane. It was appearing, disappearing, changing colour and kept discharging these lights/sparks/beams. I had to go to bed so did not stop to watch it longer than five minutes but it was very strange."
