Witness Testimony

"As it would happen, on september 27th i was in my car beside the hudson river in haverstraw, new york at about 7:00 pm when i noticed a bright light in the northern sky which appeared, at first, to be some sort of star or planet. at first, i thought it may be venus, but being a student of astrology i keep track of the planets, and knew that venus should not be in that position, nor would it be that bright. this object was stationary, pulsating, and even changing color. it was at this point that i started to consider that the object may be a ufo, but being skeptical by nature i was reluctant to admit it. at this point, i looked away and tried to relax, taking in the view, assuming the object must have been some sort of drone. strangely enough, when i looked back in that direction, the object had disappeared, only to reappear miles away to the south. at this point i obviously considered that something very unusual was happening. eventually the object then disappeared from the south, and reappeared in the north, in the exact same spot, even brighter. not even believing what i was seeing, i didn't know what to make of it, and didn't have my smartphone on me at the time. needless to say, by the end of this event, i was relatively convinced i'd seen a ufo of some sort. curious as to whether anyone else had reported seeing a similar object, i scoured the internet but to no avail, until i came upon an article in a british newspaper that linked to a video showing the same object. as far as i can tell, this is the same type of object that i witnessed on september 27th, two days after the video was taken. so, at this point, i am fairly convinced this could constitute a genuine ufo sighting. after consulting one of my associates who has done research in this area, i was advised to contact your organization. it's my hope that you may find this information to be of some use. regards, john"
