Witness Testimony

"We were driving the high road from Santa Fe to our home in Santa Fe County. It was the largest and brightest think in the sky on the E/SE sky line. The outer band of lights were green and the inner ring was red. The both seemed to be moving and pulsing. The interior of the circle was all white lights, a lot of them. We saw it both on 12/1, 12/2 and again it's out there tonight. The exact same place, same lights, same pulsing, but tonight it must be closer because its a lot bigger than the previous 2 nights. Each night I've witnessed this it has show up after 6 PM local but I don't know how long it stays there. I've tried to photograph it but it always looks like a dot on the picture but is very very large when viewing it. Don't understand that part, but..."
