Witness Testimony

"I was driving home on Easter night at around 10:30-11:00 at night, and I was driving with my friend and when I was watching the road out of the corner of my eye I saw a blue neon light that appeared to be landing. It was a triangle shaped thing that had not a closed base like a normal triangle, but two angle pointing inward to make it seem as an arrow head. The top point of the sighting was the landing point. It lasted about 10-15 seconds and I was so speechless I didn't know what to say to my friend but when I told him to look the triangle was seemed to be touched down behind trees and the lights off. I usually don't make things up and I'm definitely not making this up, you can ask my friend, I was actually scared and the hair on my arms and neck were standing up.
