Witness Testimony

"This is the second time in two weeks I witnessed something strange in the sky. Tonight I looked up to the north while taking my dog out and saw a sparkling light. At first I thought it was a star or Venus but while I watched it moved in very peculiar ways. It would go left then stop, then go straight up and stop. I watched it for ten minutes move in all directions and eventually go north and disappear. I called my father who lives 15 miles away to tell him to look north and he said he saw it too. He said he saw four of them tonight. About two weeks ago I saw the same thing in the western sky off my deck and it had the same strange movements end eventually disappeared to the north. I see many planes and helicopters go over my house frequently being close to two small airports and a big hospital. These were unlike anything I've seen before. I tried to videotape these objects but having a cheap phone as my only resource it did not work. "
