Witness Testimony

"I went outside coming out from the cabin just outside of Hayward, Wisconsin to look at the stars. As soon I look at the Big Dipper, I saw a very bright orange/Red light located in between the two top stars (bucket part of the Big Dipper). The bright light remained standstill the whole time. I stare right at the bright red/orange light trying to figure out what it is whether it has any flashing lights. No flashing lights seen. At first, I thought it was Mars but its way too bright and bigger than Mars. It looks like someone is laser beaming into my eyes. After a minute or so after 1st saw it, it started to fade away going backwards (no tail or path seen) and blends along with the rest of the surrounding Stars. I went to town of Hayward to report the police and see if there are other people saw the same thing as I do. The police officers said no. I'm the only one that reported. I was hoping that there are other people saw the same thing. "
