Witness Testimony

" Cigar object with changing lights. Hovered in the sky over 15 minutes. I have video.8/8/14, just after midnight. I'm in a heavily wooded and remote area of N.W. Wisconsin. I noticed this outside. Object moved very slow down and to the North. So slow, it wasn't perceivable. But over the 15 minutes I watched it, it did move down below the tree line and to the North a bit. Lost it below the trees. To the naked eye, it was a dot that was changing colors. But through the binoculars, it looked cigar shaped, like a plane fuselage, with colors moving on it. No noise was heard. The lights were red, blue, green and yellow occasionally.The nearest airport is closed at night, so they won't be any help.I have video, which I uploaded to youtube. I have not finalized the upload. If you think that is a bad idea, let me know. Otherwise, I really want you to see it. "
