"I was coming up the road in my skidsteer on my way to do some plowing at our job site off of School House Rd by Hayward and the light appeared seemingly out of nowhere. I grabbed my phone and got the picture(I alomost missed it) seconds later it zipped off to the west! I took another picture of the same spot to show that it wasn't "the sun" or something else. Pic one is the light and pic two is right afterwards."
