"took my dog out and seen something strange in the southwest sky. Watched it for 5 min called my brother and he and my mother saw it. At first thought it was a helo or a plane. After watching it i am convinced it was neither of them. Saw lights pulsing in a pattern. The object was stationary then moved in westerly direction. At time of this report the object was still there. "
