Witness Testimony

"I was outside in my backyard patio with my dog. I was looking at the sky line over the valley across from our house. to my left (SW) direction I caught a disc shaped, bright warm colored, large object right above the tree line that hovered for a second and then slightly ascended followed by a bright flash and it disappeared. There was nothing higher in the sky, no sounds nothing it simply disappeared. Being unsure of what it was, and the distance between myself and the object, it was so large I waited for several minutes afterward for any sounds or any other lights and nothing followed. It was very fast, it was bright and large and happened in an area away from our small town where it is more secluded with less housing close by. I am always the skeptic in my life when it comes to any unknowns. However, in the event it might possibly be worth mentioning I decided to notify MUFON after telling my husband about it. "
