Witness Testimony

"I was sitting outside around 1:15 am smoking. i work nights so i generally stay up all night sunday nights to get my sleep during the day on monday. we have a low cloud cover tonite with some cloud breaks. i was sitting in my lawn chair looking up at the small break in the clouds when this object swooshed by above the treetops but below the cloud cover going from east to west. it was approximately the size of a golf ball and dark with a slight orange-yellow glow coming from it. it had no tail and made no sound except a swooshing sound from the breeze it created. it was moving extremely fast and disappeared over the treetops in under two seconds. i live in a rural area and at this time of night it is very quiet outside and this object was silent. i stayed out there for another 15 minutes hoping it would fly over again but it didn't."
