Witness Testimony

"I was driving thru town (salem ,or) at the time and the nearly full moon caught my eye. back and forth between traffic and the bright moon i glanced a bright spark just to the right at about the 3 o'clock position. strange. i'm familiar with the night sky and this was out of place. i reach my destination 5 minutes later and clearly observe the spark now much closer and drawing ever so slowly towards the moon. all i had was an iphone 6s on me and from experience; night video or photos dont come out clearly, so i simply observed. the spark appeared to curve across the face of the moon, slowing down then slightly speeding up, sparkling green ,then red ,then back to white, then finally disappeared behind the left side of the moon as if continuing around back. the whole sighting lasted about 15 minutes and i am the only witness so far that i can find online for this date/time event.
