Witness Testimony

" few weeks ago on august 25 at 15:04pm, she was out on the deck facing south with her phone, and she looked up at the sky during the middle of the day, and she sighted an object about 40 to 50 thousand feet up. this object was shaped like an orb. she was able to catch video of it, and with in a half of a millisecond this object moved very fast. the video i attach may not serve any justice, since it is easier to see on the phone. it moved very quickly, looking like it gained attitude. the object in the video can be viewed between the 7 and 8 and also 11 second mark in the video, to the left of the clouds. it is very difficulty to see, and i think the video would have to be put into in frame by frame in order to identify it. she was able to zoom in on the object, and snapshot it through her iphone. she then texted it over to me. i wasn't home during the day. she was very excited about this when i got home. the next day, there was a report from someone on twitter, who saw the same object from central park in ny, at around same time during the day."
