"We were outside watching the sky. an object on the horizon caught the attention of one of our group. we all watched it. first it was stationary then it slowly moved from left to right. as it moved right it decreased in altitude. i would say the object was the size of a golf ball. there was a balloon festival that night. perhaps it was a sky lantern being launched from it. the object was an orange color that twinkled. we watched it until it went below the tree line and out of sight. no noise was heard from the object. this object was seen between 9-9:30. "
