"standing outside my house smoking a cigarette with my brother in law at about seven pm i noticed the sudden appearance of bright lights in the field . At first i thought it was a plane or helicopter or cell tower but realized it wasn't when it just sat there and hovered randomly shutting off and turning on lights. the object did not move it just sat there turning of light and back on and then would go black and disappear and then showed up in a different spot and did the same thing . it made the hair on my neck stand up and i never believed that they where real it just stopped shining and seemed to disappear strait up "
