"On January 9, 2014 at 0637 hours. At Moses Lake, Washington I looked up at the stars and notice one of the stars was moving a south east direction. the object appeared star like with the intensity of planet Jupiter. I took a short video of the object and snap a few pictures. But it was from my phone so the quality is not there. There was no aircraft in the air at the time of incident. "
