"Observed large multicolored twinking light hovering in western horizon which disappeared after 7 minutes.One large multicolored (yellow, reds, blues) twinkling light seen hovering slightly above western horizon. Light appeared too large for a star or planet. Not consistent with known aircraft. Four witnesses observed light hovering in same spot for 7 minutes then disappeared immediately. "
