"I was driving and i thought i saw a large bird but it was larger and black and was like a helicopter but more smooth moving. it was over fort detrick then i noticed a shiny disk moving in a slow hovering way. it definitely wasn't a normal plane pr helicopter. so i pulled over on a side street to watch it. it was moving slowly above the tree tops. then. it was really high up and looked like a star. only it was 2 pm. it was staying in the same place and i had things to do, so i left. i tried filming it but couldn't really see it on the camera. my eyesights not too good. but it's does pass through real quick in one of my videos. i didn't feel anything in particular. calm enough. curious. i thought it might be a drone or some government vehicles. i can't upload my film right now, but if you have an email where i can send it. i'll do that. "
