Witness Testimony

"One Fireball like object with an oscillating halo preceding it appeared at 9;05pm moving from South to North and another following the same flight path at approximately 10:50pm. Approximate altitude: between 10,000 and 20,000 feet AGL . Approximate speed: between 200 and 300 knots.The objects made NO sound whatsoever. I am a pilot and have never seen anything like it. I do have a photo of the second one but is very difficult to tell what it is.My location is just outside the very Southeast corner of Waterloo, Iowa. "
